Transmutation of sexual energy: the secret to success
We all want to be more productive in our lives.
There is a great link between success and transmutation of sexual energy.
Napoleon Hill maintains that the secret of success lies in sexual transmutation.
What is sexual transmutation? It consists of channeling our sexual energy.
Actually, controlling that energy develops our general health and metabolism. It increases our vitality, our well-being and our enthusiasm. It can be an incredible vector of transformation.
Sexual energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be transformed.
Understanding sexual energy
Sex is the driving force of nature. It is the essence of all creation. The inherent urge to reproduce is not only typical of humans but also for plants and animals.
Beyond our perception, the nature of everything is to prosper for the next billions of years to come. It has been like that since the creation of the universe and will continue to be so.
To achieve this greater mission, reproduction determines every living being from humans, animals to plants. To do this, Mother Nature created one of the most, if not the most powerful force: our sexual energy.
Most of our energy comes from our libido and we need to learn to tap into that enormous reservoir.
For centuries, renowned men have been using that knowledge: transforming our sexual energy into creativity.
The question then is simple: How can we channel this energy and use it on our own best interests?
Fight or channel our own nature
Our natural instincts may overlap with our priorities.
We want sex and sexual thoughts often cross our minds. If we succumb to the temptation, we might lose our energy. To stay productive however, we need to develop more self-control: no sex, no masturbation and mostly no ejaculation.
Otherwise, we risk being side-tracked and not committing to walk the path until the achievements of our goals.
The modern society
The culture we live in favors an extreme culture of sex. After a long repression from religion and traditional beliefs, the modern society now tends to provide a large variety of stimulation. Sexuality is more of a standard.
We all are sexual beings and sex is part of our nature. My point is that sex is only an aspect of who we are. We should channel and control it rather than having it control us.
For example, we can now get access to hours of porn with a high-speed internet and just a few clicks. Teenagers develop their addiction to porn at an early age.
Without proper control, this practice can cause an extreme addiction, a lack of focus and a waste in our sexual energy.
Great champions who learned to channel their energy
As we can’t destroy energy, we should not repress but rather channel it. Whatever we repress will catch up.
When the sperm is not released, the body absorbs it and converts the semen into more nutrients and testosterone. The sperm aims at creating another life and contains proteins, vitamins, minerals and sugar etc. Our body redistributes these constituents for our own benefits.
In parallel, without ejaculation, the body strengthens itself. The point here is to become even more attractive to females following the logic of procreation.
The benefits are vast. Transmutation of sexual energy helps you with:
- Increase of our energy,
- More self-confidence and self-assertiveness
- Increased libido
- Stronger will
- Great stamina and sports performance etc.
Example of David Haye
Most professional and great athletes practice a no-sex rule before an important event. We saw that abstinence increases the amount of our energy, our creativity and focus. They learned early on the transmutation of sexual energy.
David Haye is a former British professional boxer and former heavyweight champion. He shares on semen retention: “I don’t ejaculate for six weeks before the fight. No sex, no masturbation, no nothing. It releases too much tension. It releases a lot of minerals and nutrients that your body needs, and it releases them cheaply. Releasing weakens the knees and your legs. Find a lion that hasn’t had some food for a while, and you’ve got a dangerous cat. So there won’t be a drip from me. Even in my sleep — if there are girls all over me in my dream, I say to them, “I’ve got a fight next week, I can’t do anything. I can’t do it.” That’s control. I’ve been doing that since I was fifteen and its part and parcel of my preparation now. That’s why I am who I am today — it’s down to all those little sacrifices. Find me another boxer who makes that sacrifice, and you’ll find another champion.”
Ejaculation not only results in a loss of energy but in a loss of creativity. Artists and creative people also restrain themselves from it. Chrisann Brennan who is Steve Job’s ex-girlfriend admitted their couple practiced tantric methods of preserving their energy. It consists in self-control and withdrawal to keep Steve’s energy for work.
The modern teenager and young adult man
Unconscious of this knowledge, the old me and probably most of the young men waste their energy masturbating and ejaculating.
Even if we have numerous tasks on our to-do-list, we are tempted to self-pleasure just for a few minutes. A few minutes turn into hours and finally, our solitary sessions end up with too many ejaculations, a loss of energy and of course: postponing our projects.
As this practice continues, our brain craves for more stimulation. The cerebral overstimulation creates more addiction. The cycle craving-reward repeats and the doses to regain the pleasure increase each time.
It even ends with extreme addiction to porn.
On the contrary then, porn addiction causes serious problems:
– Lack of purpose
– Fear and lack of confidence
– General fatigue that can lead to diseases
– Feeling of isolation
– Lack of motivation and libido
An excessive series of ejaculations invariably lead to a lack of interest in everything, impacting negatively the quality of our lives.
Separate orgasm with ejaculation
We can continue to make love but not to the point of ejaculating.
Tantrism explains that men can experience multiple orgasms without ejaculation.
We tend to associate ejaculation and orgasm but we can separate both. Ejaculation is an involuntary contraction which happens at the peak of our arousal. If we learn to control this involuntary contraction, we can separate the two events. We do this first by training and voluntarily squeezing our PC muscle around our prostate.
In the book, the Multi-orgasmic man, Mantak Chia and Douglas Abrams highlight once again the fundamentals of transmutation of sexual energy: “If you are having difficulty separating your orgasm from your ejaculation, you can begin drawing the sexual energy up your spine before you orgasm. According to the Tao, the real key to whole-body pleasure and healing is the circulation of this sexual energy through the Microcosmic Orbit. Once you start drawing sexual energy up, you may discover that you have “orgasmic” feelings in your brain or in other parts of your body or in your entire body. Voluntarily squeezing your PC muscle around your prostate will also help you develop sensitivity in your pelvis and control the contractile-phase orgasms that cause your prostate to contract in pleasurable involuntary spasms.”
Napoleon Hill in his book “Think and Grow Rich” reveals how transmutation of sexual energy greatly impacts the accumulation of wealth. According to Hill, the secret of success lies in sublimation and sexual control. Simply put, we need to channel our sexual energy and use it to achieve our main goals.
“Sex desire is the most powerful of human desires. When driven by this desire, men develop keenness of imagination, courage, will-power, persistence, and creative ability unknown to them at other times. So strong and impelling is the desire for sexual contact that men freely run the risk of life and reputation to indulge it. When harnessed, and redirected along other lines, this motivating force maintains all of its attributes of keenness of imagination, courage, etc., which may be used as powerful creative forces in literature, art, or in any other profession or calling, including, of course, the accumulation of riches.”
Scientific research has disclosed these significant facts:
- The men of greatest achievement are men with highly developed sex natures; men who have learned the art of sex transmutation.
- The men who have accumulated great fortunes and achieved outstanding recognition in literature, art, industry, architecture, and the professions, were motivated by the influence of a woman.
The research, from which these astounding discoveries were made, went back through the pages of biography and history for more than two thousand years. Wherever there was evidence available in connection with the lives of men and women of great achievement, it indicated most convincingly that they possessed highly developed sex natures.
